ASSOCIATIONS
XLicensed Practical Nurse Association, Division 3 of Mahoning and Trumbull Counties, will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at The Greenbriar Nursing Facility, 8064 South Ave., Boardman. AUXILIARIES
XAuxiliary of VFW Post 4192, Mineral Ridge, will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the post for inspection by the District 8 president. Officers are to turn in their committee reports to Maryanne Shank prior to the meeting.
XDistrict 8 VFW Auxiliary will sponsor the homecoming celebration for Donna Russo of Youngstown VFW Auxiliary 3307 and president of the Department of Ohio VFW Auxiliary, on Nov. 5 at Avalon Inn and Resort, 9519 E. Market St., Howland.
XFraternal Order of Eagles 3298 Auxiliary will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the aerie. A Halloween party for members' children ages 2 to 9 will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 23, and a party for adult members only will be Oct. 29.The kitchen is open to members.
XSalvation Army Auxiliary will meet at 11 a.m. Nov. 1 at Southside Salvation Army, Glenwood Avenue. The program will be to prepare League of Mercy gifts for nursing homes. Lunch will be provided. Reservations must be made by Oct. 26 by calling Cindy Pesut at (330) 270-5999.
