XST. LUCIA -- The beach on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia in the West Indies was the setting at 9 a.m. Sept. 15 as Vicki Frederick and Dominic Dalesandro were united in marriage.
The daughter of Albert and Gerry Frederick of Newton Falls and the son of James and Carole Dalesandro of Beloit honeymooned on the island.
A reception was held in their honor Sept. 30 at Roby Lee's in Newton Falls.
The bride graduated from Kent State University, Salem Branch, with a bachelor's degree in radiological imaging technology and a certificate in nuclear medicine. She is a nuclear medicine technologist with St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.
The groom served with the U.S. Army, retiring with the rank of master sergeant. He earned a bachelor's degree in radiological imaging technology with certification in nuclear medicine from KSU Salem Branch and is a nuclear medicine technologist with Alliance Community Hospital.
They live in Newton Falls.
