Candidates to debate on TV

BOARDMAN -- On Thursday, candidate debates will be broadcast live on Boardman Schools Television Network, Armstrong Channel 19, between those vying for seats on the Boardman Board of Education and Boardman Township trustees.
The school board candidates' debate will take place from 7 to 8 p.m. followed by the trustees' debate from 8 to 9 p.m.
The debates will be moderated by Atty. Mark Huberman and questions will be directed by a panel of journalists consisting of Bertram DeSouza, editorial writer and columnist, The Vindicator, Joe Bell of WKBN-TV and Michelle Nicks of WFMJ-TV.
The debates will be re-broadcast at 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and at other times between now and Election Day.
