Civil Service exam set for Warren officers

WARREN -- A civil service exam for city police officers will be given at 9 a.m. Nov. 12 in the Warren G. Harding High School cafeteria.
Applications can be obtained at city hall or the police department, 141 South St. S.E.
Completed notarized applications may be filed only between 10 a.m. and noon Oct. 22 or 29 or Nov. 5 at the police department.
The exam will consist of written and physical agility segments.
Candidates must be high school graduates or GED holders between the ages of 18 and 34 who hold valid Ohio driver's licenses.
They must also be U.S. citizens or have legally declared their intent to become U.S. citizens.
