PARTY PLANNERS: Organizacion Civica y Cultural Hispana Americana will celebrate its 33rd anniversary with a dinner and award ceremony from 5:30 p.m. to midnight Oct. 21 at Mr. Anthony's Banquet Center, 7440 South Ave., Boardman. Cost is $35 per person, and the deadline for purchase tickets is Friday. The theme for this year's event is "Caribbean Nights," and the evening will include entertainment and Chinese and silent auctions.
