Universities: Youngstown State and Kent State Trumbull Campus, open.
Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Will operate a Saturday schedule.
Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, open; Warren-Trumbull, closed.
Stock market: Butler Wick & amp; Co., open.
Banks: Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, First Place Bank, Warren, Home Federal Savings & amp; Loan, Niles, Home Savings & amp; Loan, Sky Bank, closed.
