BERLIN CENTER -- Senior setter Megan Whitmer had 21 points, three aces and 19 assists Tuesday as the Jackson-Milton High volleyball team defeated Western Reserve in four sets.
Outside hitter Allison Chepke had 20 points, three aces, 17 kills and 15 digs as the Bluejays won by scores of 25-18, 11-25, 25-19 and 25-17. Outside hitter Rachel Karash had 13 points and 20 digs for Jackson-Milton (7-6, 5-2 Inter-County League).
Kristiana Brown had 19 points, three aces, five kills and eight digs, while Lainey Kekic had seven points, 15 kills, seven digs and five blocks for Western Reserve (8-10, 2-7).

MINERAL RIDGE -- Jenny Frayer scored eight points and had four aces for the Rams (9-4, 5-3 ICL). Alex Ladd had 23 assists and eight points. Sara Garland had 29 digs. Brittany Schrieber led the Tigers (11-6, 7-2) with eight kills. Krista Snyder had 18 assists.

LOWELLVILLE -- Rebekah Sturgis scored 21 points, with eight aces, eight kills, seven assists and three digs for the Rockets (3-12). Rachel Mariotti had 17 points, seven aces, 10 kills, six assists and two digs. Jacque Schrader added 19 points, eight kills and eight assists. SEBRING -- Led by Tara Chismar with 21 points, three aces and six kills, the Raiders improved to 9-9, 7-3 ICL. Megan Sosnowski had four points and 62 sets while Annie Semko tacked on three points, seven kills and a block. For the Trojans (7-10, 4-6), Briana Jones collected nine points, an ace and 13 assists.

EAST PALESTINE -- Brandi Snavely paced the Clippers (9-6, 7-4 Tri-County League) with 15 points, 44 assists and nine digs. Kristina Davidson had 15 kills and nine digs. Jeni Fast had 14 digs. Jenn Yokley scored 15 points and she had 12 kills and 10 digs for the Bulldogs (8-9, 4-7). Renee Torrence added 16 points and 11 kills and Adyson Mascher had 33 assists and five blocks. MECCA -- Jamie Rumple led the Rockets (9-4, 8-3 Northeastern Athletic Conference) with seven digs and five aces. Meagan Rowbottom scored 15 points. Brandi Dickerson had seven kills. Keshia Smith scored 12 points and four blocks to pace the Cardinals (5-9, 4-7). JVs: Maplewood 23-25, 25-11, 5-9

SOUTHINGTON -- Junior Alicia Miller served 17 points and had five aces and 14 assists, while sophomores Meagan Gibson and Ashley Gibbs had five kills apiece for Lordstown (11-5, 8-3 NAC).
