Super Lotto Plus will be retired after this Saturday's drawing

CLEVELAND -- Super Lotto Plus, the Ohio Lottery Commission's in-state lotto game, will be retired after the drawing Saturday.
If the last jackpot isn't hit, winning players will share in the cash value of the advertised jackpot. The jackpot prize will be shared proportionately by each lower-tier prize level.
Money allocated to each prize category will be divided equally among winning tickets held by players in that category.

Assuming at least one ticket with five numbers and the bonus ball, each lower-level tier prize will share 16.67 percent of the cash value of the jackpot. If the advertised jackpot on Saturday is $4 million, the actual cash value of that jackpot is $2 million.
If the jackpot isn't hit, players can find out their winnings by visiting a local Lottery retailer, logging on to www.ohiolottery.com or calling (800) 686-4208.
Super Lotto Plus, which debuted in 2000, has given out almost $631 million in prizes, including 76 jackpot-winning tickets through Sept. 24.
Replacement
Super Lotto Plus is being replaced by Lot 'O Play, a new online game with 12 ways to win the jackpot. The game goes on sale Sunday with the first drawing Oct. 12.
After the final Super Lotto Plus, the kicker games move to the Mega Millions.
The game will be played with Mega Millions every Tuesday and Friday, beginning Oct. 11. Kicker drawings will be held at the Lausche State Office Building in Cleveland. Pools for the kicker close at 10:45 p.m. the day of the drawing.
