Man arrested after ex-girlfriend is stabbed

YOUNGSTOWN -- Andre L. Scott, 25, of Dogwood Drive was charged with felonious assault after the stabbing of his ex-girlfriend.
Scott was arraigned Monday via video in municipal court. Judge Robert A. Douglas Jr. set bond at $100,000 and ordered that Scott not have any contact with Nina Spencer.
