New technology
YOUNGSTOWN -- St. Elizabeth Health Center has new MRI equipment with "Exite HD" technology. It increases the speed, improves resolution and expands the conventional limits of MRI exams, according to the hospital.
The increased speed is particularly important for physicians attempting to capture high quality images of moving internal body parts, and results in better image resolution and clinical confidence in the diagnosis of heart and vascular disease, stroke, musculoskeletal damage (e.g., knee, shoulder, ankle, wrist injuries) abdominal illnesses, and brain disease and disorders.
