MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Oct. 5: Porcupine meatballs, buttered cabbage, diced carrots, wheat roll with margarine, applesauce (unsweetened applesauce available) and milk.
Thursday, Oct. 6: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, California mixed vegetables, bread with margarine, marble cake with white icing (angel food cake available) and milk.
Friday, Oct. 7: Macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, Technicolor coleslaw, dinner roll with margarine, citrus sections (diet pineapple available) and milk.
Saturday, Oct. 8: Ham and cheese on rye bread with mustard packet, fresh carrot bag with ranch dressing packet, fresh pear (unsweetened fruited gelatin available) and milk.
Monday, Oct. 10: Chicken quarters, Harvard beets, lima beans, cluster roll with margarine, orange and milk.
Tuesday, Oct. 11: Stuffed peppers with sauce, zesty quartered potatoes, fall vegetables, dinner roll with margarine, apple and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
