EverGreen to sponsor nature workshop

VILLA MARIA, Pa. -- EverGreen, a ministry of the Sisters of the Humility of Mary, will sponsor "Nature Mandala Workshop" on Oct. 22.
The meaning of mandala comes from Sanskrit meaning "circle." Mandalas offer balancing visual elements, symbolizing unity and harmony. The meanings of individual mandalas are usually different and unique to each mandala. Gary Blackburm, nature artist, will lead a trip outdoors to gather elements of Earth with which to work. Registration is required by Oct. 10. The cost is $30 and includes materials and lunch.
