Required 2006 dog licenses now on sale

LISBON -- Columbiana County Auditor Nancy Milliken has announced that dog licenses for 2006 are on sale now through Jan. 31.
Owners with licenses should receive a pre-printed application that can be mailed back to the auditor's office.
Licenses are also available at businesses in communities throughout the county. After Jan. 31, owners will have to get a license at the courthouse.
All dogs three months old or older must have a tag. The cost is $8 per dog. Kennel licenses are available at the auditor's office or the county dog pound.
