HUBBARD
Nov. 23
Bad check: An employee at Devine's Shop 'n' Save, 529 N. Main St., reported getting a bad check.
Nov. 26
Arrest: During a traffic stop, police arrested a Hubbard man on a charge of failure to appear on one count of failing to pay income taxes. A domestic-violence charge was pending.
Nov. 27
Auto theft: A Jones Street man discovered his 1986 Honda Civic missing from his brother's driveway in the 400 block of Moore Street.
Theft: A woman in the 100 block of Youngstown-Hubbard Road reported her automated-teller-machine card was stolen.
Nov. 28
Theft: A worker at Ray's Transmissions, 917 N. Main St., reported the theft of items from the business.
Theft: A Youngstown man reported the theft of equipment from a job site in the 200 block of North Main Street.
LIBERTY
Nov. 22
Counterfeit: A worker at Auto Zone, 3109 Belmont Ave., called police after a man tried to pay for merchandise with a counterfeit $50 bill.
Nov. 23
Aggravated robbery: An employee at Advance America Cash Advance, 3231 Belmont Ave., told police two men, one with a handgun, took an undisclosed amount of money. Someone later found a money bag and called police after hearing about the robbery.
Theft: A Vienna woman discovered her credit card stolen while she was at Movie Gallery, 3551 Belmont Ave.
Theft: A Trumbull Court man and his daughter reported that his 1996 Pontiac Sunfire was stolen and that the car keys were missing from the apartment.
Nov. 25
Theft: An employee at First Place Bank, 600 Gypsy Lane, told officers that someone made three withdrawals totaling $12,900 from the drive-through, and that a man discovered his identification and savings book were missing.
Theft: Three vending machines near the Hampton Inn, 4000 Belmont Ave., were pried open and money removed.
Burglary: A man told police some juveniles entered his apartment in the 200 block of Colonial Drive by prying a window. Around $100 was stolen.
Arrest: After conducting a vehicle registration check at the Tallyho-tel, 4249 Belmont Ave., officers took a 24-year-old Covington, La., man into custody when they learned he was wanted on a parole-violation charge from Baton Rouge, La. The suspect also was charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Theft: A woman in the 1300 block of West Montrose Street said a man took about $100 from her.
Nov. 27
Breaking and entering: Someone used a rock to break a rear glass door and break into Antone's Italian Cafe, 3551 Belmont Ave. Nothing appeared to be missing.
Theft: A Pontiac was stolen from the 3000 block of Northgate Drive.
Theft: A Buick was stolen in the 300 block of Trumbull Avenue.
Counterfeit: A woman told police another woman asked the victim for change for a $20 bill at a Shell True North station, 3990 Belmont Ave., and that the bill turned out to be fake.
