Counterfeit $20 bills encountered in city

YOUNGSTOWN -- There's more funny money in town. A customer in the drive-through at Taco Bell tried to pay for an order with a $20 that showed up as phony when checked by the clerk.
The woman driver pulled away after her passenger demanded the money back and the clerk refused Monday afternoon.
Tuesday night, two bogus $20s were used to pay a $26 bill for two pizzas and two sub sandwiches delivered to a woman at a house on West Princeton Avenue by Pastino's Pizza on South Avenue, police said. It wasn't until later that the bills were found to be counterfeit.
