RAYEN
Coach: Tanisha Franklin (first season).

Who's gone: Rilonda Neal (first team all-league) and Taneisha Holland (first team all-district and all-league).
Who's back: Brittney Taylor (5-8, Soph., G); Kenysha Becham (5-5, Jr., G); Danny Liggens (5-9, Sr., C).
Who's new: Tieara Jones (5-10, Jr., G/F); Cheryl Green (5-10, Jr., C); Monica Curry (5-10, Jr., C).
Outlook: Coach Holly Seimetz retired after leading the Tigers to their first district title last season. The Tigers' strength will come from their defense and offensive balance.
CHANEY
Coach: Dennis Miller (2nd season).
2004-05 record: 10-11.
Who's back: Kayla Griffin (5-3, Sr., G); Camara Watson (5-4, Sr., G/F).
Who's new: Juniors: Jamie Soos (5-5, Jr., G); Jazmyn Hopkins (6-0, Jr., C); Brittainny Cobb (5-10, Sr., F); Clenisha Pless (5-7, Soph., G/F).
Outlook: Griffin, who averaged 10.5 points and 4.5 assists per game last season, leads a young Cowgirls team that lost eight seniors to graduation.
WILSON
Coach: Nekia Hilson (2nd season).
2004-05 record: 3-18.
Who's gone: Anique Donlow (three-year starter); Keisha Letlow (four-year starter); Mellissa Mills.
Who's back: Charkayla Hendrix (5-5, Sr., G); Lyeisha Dixon (5-6, Sr., F); India Rios (5-6, Jr., F); Bethany Kotapisch (5-2, Soph., G); Najiyah Fields (5-5, Soph., F); Ila Harris (5-3, Sr., G); Kionna Kimbrough (5-4, Jr., G); Raven Bradley (5-5, Soph., G/F).
Who's new: Marcinde North (5-3, Fr., G); Whitley Sanders (5-3, Fr., G); Labrina Williams (5-3, Fr., G).
Outlook: Although the Redmen lack size and are inexperienced, they have three starters returning and their disciplined running style of basketball could result in a more successful season then a year ago.
WARREN HARDING
Coach: Len Redmond (2nd season).
2004-05 record: 10-11, 1-5 SVC.
Who's back: Kayla Hernon (5-7, Soph.); Belinda Hernon (5-11, Jr.)
Who's new: Jasmine Stringer (6-0, Jr.); Corrita Lewis (5-4, Jr.); Rakia Henderson (5-11, Jr.); Trisha Turner (5-7, Soph.); Audrey Foreback (5-7, Soph.); Ka'Mela Bender (5-8, Fr.); Jahmarra Warfield (5-6, Fr.)
Outlook: The Raiders have a lot of athletic ability and could improve on last season's record. Inexperience is a weakness.
MOONEY
Coach: Jack Bermann (3rd season 27-23).
2004-05 record: 13-8.
Who's gone: Amber Bodrick; Gina Brunetti; Colleen Zajac.
Who's back: Danielle Daltorio (Sr., G/F); Morgan Ucchino (Sr., G); Alex Woytek (Jr., F); Laura Guyer (Jr., G); Dayna Daltorio (Soph., F/G); Sarah Pelini (Soph., F/C).
Who's new: Gretchen Haug (Soph., C); Caitlin Grist (Soph., G); Katy Cerni (Soph., F); Katie Griswold (Fr., G).
Outlook: The Cardinals were hit hard by graduation and are counting on their conditioning, speed and lineup flexibility for a successful season. The team lacks size and depth.
URSULINE
Coach: Sean Durkin (8th season, 140-34).
2004-05 record: 19-4.
Who's gone: Cierra Bennett.
Who's back: Tyra Grant (5-11, Sr., F); Vannessa Dickson (5-9, Sr., G); Tiffani Miller (5-9, Sr., G); Megan Saccomen (6-0, C); Danielle Crafter, (5-9, F); Mary Hendricks (5-5, G).
Who's new: Brittany Armour (5-8, F); Katelyn Tondo-Steele (5-4, G); Mariah Snyder (5-5, G).
Outlook: The Irish are experienced and will be quick with some depth. Grant, a first-team all-Ohioan last season headed to Penn State, is a four-year starter. Dickson, an honorable mention all-Ohioan, will be sidelined with a broken leg until January.
