Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Nov. 30: Baked ham with pineapple sauce, whipped sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, rye bread with margarine, pears (unsweetened pears available) and milk.
Thursday, Dec. 1: Super dog on bun, chopped onions, mustard packet, broccoli cuts, baked bean quintet, oatmeal cream cookie (sugar-free oatmeal cookie available) and milk.
Friday, Dec. 2: Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, tossed salad with Italian dressing, Italian bread with margarine, Parmesan cheese packet, pineapple chunks and milk.
Saturday, Dec. 3: Ham and cheese on rye bread, fresh carrot bag, mustard and ranch dressing packets, fresh orange (unsweetened gelatin available) and milk.
Monday, Dec. 5: Pork cutlet with gravy, scalloped potatoes, lima beans, wheat bread with margarine, fruited gelatin (D'Zerta with fruit available) and milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 6: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, California mixed vegetables, bread with margarine, Christmas cake (chocolate chip cookie available) and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
