KATHERINE BARTHADAM WIEBE
XBOARDMAN -- The marriage of Katherine Ann Barth and Adam Phillip Wiebe, both of 16446 Fox Hunt Drive, Strongsville, was solemnized by the Rev. Daniel Venglarik at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 22 at St. Charles Borromeo Church.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Barth, 449 Jaronte Drive, and son of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Wiebe, 1925 Crestview Drive, Orrville, were honored afterward during a reception at the Davis Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens, Youngstown.
After a wedding trip to St. Lucia in the West Indies, the couple live in Strongsville.
The bride's strapless ivory matte satin ballgown was embellished with crystals and beading and featured a chapel train.
Wearing chocolate-colored gowns were the bride's sister and honor attendant, Eugenie Barth, and the bridesmaids, Avril Wiebe, a sister of the groom; Daisy Giannuzzi, Amal Michael and Michele Wilson. The bride's cousin, Megan Fabry, was flower girl.
The duties of best man were performed by Matthew Rodgers, and groomsmen were Michael, Andrew and Thomas Barth, the bride's brothers; Matthew Assia; Mark Nussbaum; and Jason Jones. Ring bearer was the bride's godson, Daniel Barth.
The bride graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus with a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. She is a dental hygienist with Dr. R. Douglas Matthews in Broadview Heights.
The groom, a project manager with Shook Construction Co. in Brecksville, earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Akron.
