XPEPPER PIKE -- A wedding trip to London and Paris followed the Oct. 1 wedding of Sarah Lovequist and Joseph Sheppa, both of 923 Aintree Park Drive, Mayfield Village. The couple were united in marriage by the Rev. Terry McHugh during a 1:30 p.m. ceremony at Garfield Memorial Church.
A reception was held at Fowler's Mill Golf Course in Chesterland to honor the daughter of Robert Lovequist, 1300 Dorsh Road, South Euclid, and the late Gloria Lovequist, and son of Mark and Christina Sheppa, 5481 Banbury Drive, Solon, formerly of Austintown.
The bride's attendants were her sisters, Amanda Lovequist and Elizabeth Lovequist, both of South Euclid, and Ashley Lovequist of Scottsdale, Ariz. They wore white and silver gowns.
Alex Jensen of Las Vegas performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Greg Hertuik of Willoughby and Dan Swirski of Columbus.
The bride, who is retaining her maiden name, is an attorney with Yormick and Associates in Cleveland. She graduated with a law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
The groom earned a master's degree in communication at Cleveland State University and is an Internet provider with 90.3 WCPN/WVIZ/PBS in Cleveland.
