CANFIELD
Nov. 11
Theft: A Lisbon Street woman reported to police that three checks were stolen from her checking account at Sky Bank.
Nov. 15
Marijuana, paraphernalia, pills: A 16-year-old Youngstown student at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center was arrested on charges of drug abuse, obtaining and possessing and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found a plastic radio case on him containing 7 grams of suspected marijuana, and a small plastic cigarette paper with seven white tablets in it, which was later identified by the Poison Control Center as Lorazepam.

Nov. 14
Identity theft: A credit card was obtained in the victim's name at a home in the 200 block of Wilcox Road.
Theft: Food items were stolen from Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave. A summons was issued for a male suspect.
Theft: An insurance policy was paid for but no record of its purchase was given in the 1000 block of S. Canfield-Niles Road.
Trespassing: A summons was issued for a man on a charge of trespassing at TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
Auto theft: A 1993 Oldsmobile Achieva was stolen at Brier Hill Pizza, 50 S. Meridian Road.
Theft from auto: A diesel-fueled 27-inch work-top refrigerator was stolen from an auto at Bezac, 3721 Mahoning Ave.
Burglary: The west doors of a home in the 100 block of North Turner Road were pried open but no items were missing.
Theft: A summons was issued for the arrest of a woman in a theft at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A summons was issued for man in a theft at IGA, 4477 Mahoning Ave.
Drug offense: A Mineral Ridge man was arrested on charges of drug abuse of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana in the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from True North, 4200 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Nov. 15
Breaking and entering: Entry was gained through a west window at Meander Hill, 20 N. Turner Road. Nothing was stolen.
Attempted breaking and entering: No entry was gained, but there was damage to the building at Koch's Baseball, 600 N. Raccoon Road.
Breaking and entering: A home under construction was broken into in the 1000 block of Mulberry Run.
Theft from auto: A man was arrested after entering cars in the parking lot at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.
Criminal damaging: A tire was cut with a razor at a home in the 3000 block of Darbyshire Drive.
Theft: A 20-foot ladder was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Monaca Avenue.
Theft: A cell phone was taken from Buffalo Wild Wings, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Theft from auto: A cell phone and purse were taken from a vehicle in the 80 block of North Turner Road.
Theft from auto: A motorcycle helmet and a 35 mm camera were taken from a vehicle at a home in the 500 block of New Road.
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Vandalism: A plastic light cover was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of South Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: A purse was stolen from TA Travel Center.
Nov. 17
Theft: A stereo was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Hendricks Road.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle door lock was damaged at a home in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
Theft: Two pop machines were broken into and $100 in cash was taken at the BP gas station, 3107 S. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: A 2005 Appalachian Trailer was stolen from Affordable Auto, 1665 S. Raccoon Road.
Auto theft: A 1989 GMC was stolen from IGA.
Theft: Gasoline was taken from Sheetz gas station.
Nov. 18
Auto theft: A 2003 Chevrolet PT Cruiser was stolen from Austintown Chrysler, 4850 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: Damage was done to a fence and air-conditioning unit at Fire Station No. 4, 169 S. Turner Road.
Fraud: A resident in the 2000 block of Spring Meadow Circle told police $7,300 was stolen from the person via the Internet.
Theft: Fuel was taken from Country Fair, 1143 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Theft: DVD movies were stolen by a man at Wal-Mart.
Nov. 19
Breaking and entering: Computer equipment was stolen and damage was done to a deadbolt on the door at Hanna Cleaning, 5204 Mahoning Ave.
Receiving stolen property: A Youngstown woman was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property -- a Chevrolet Blazer -- and of possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Youngstown man was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at TA Travel Center.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle's finish was damaged at a home in the 700 block of Ohltown Road.
Theft: Money was taken from a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.
Theft: Clothing was taken by the victim's stepmother at an apartment in the 800 block of Compass West apartments.
Attempted theft: A white male in his 20s, about 5 feet 10 inches, 160-170 pounds and wearing a tan jacket and dark stocking cap attempted to steal at purse at IGA.
Criminal damaging: Damage was done to a windshield, hood, rear window, and front window on a car in the 2000 block of Springmeadow Circle.
Nov. 20
Theft: Fuel was taken from Sheetz gas station.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was keyed while parked at apartments in the 50 block of Westchester Drive.
Theft: Three ratcheting yellow straps were stolen from a residence in the 4000 block of Argonne Drive.
Burglary: The home of a person who was staying in a nursing home was burglarized with entry gained through an east window of the residence in the 3000 block of Bentwillow Lane.
Criminal damaging: A window was shot out with a BB gun at a home in the 1000 block of Signature Drive.
Theft: Fuel was taken from Sheetz gas station.
Drug offense: A Mineral Ridge man was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia at Club 76,5335 Seventy-Six Drive.
