XELYRIA -- Nicholas J. Contreraz, 107 Burlington, Billings, Mont., and his bride, the former Anne C.M. Fildes, 2045 Alderson, Billings, make their home at 1717 Euclid Ave., Berkeley, Calif., after their marriage at 2 p.m. Oct. 22 at St. Mary Church.
The daughter of Dr. Mark D. and Mary Clare Fildes, 8661 Raintree Run, Poland, and the son of Bill and Peggy Contreraz, 3420 Phillips St., Billings, were honored at a reception at Spring Valley Country Club before leaving on a wedding trip to Point Reyes, Calif.
The bride's diamond-white satin strapless gown featured a ruched waist and an asymmetrical tulle overlay with golden embroidery.
Hunter-green gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Clare Schwemlein and Ellen Yoder, and the bridesmaids, Maria Riley, Emily Shurilla, Madelaine Murphy and Amy Aguirre. Flower girl was Isabel Aguirre.
Serving as best men were Thomas Contreraz and Martin Contreraz, and groomsmen were Daniel Nease, Francisco Aguirre, Jared Harris and Brian Hall. Ring bearer was Brendan Contreraz, and ushers were Lance Yoder and Robert Fannon.
The bride, a case manager with The Regional Center of the East Bay in Concord, Calif., earned a bachelor's degree at John Carroll University and a master's at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration.
The groom received a bachelor's degree from St. Thomas University and is a student in the master's program at The Franciscan School of Theology in Berkeley.
