XMembers of Poland will get an update on Poland Woods by Jack Shipsky when they meet at noon.
XA meeting of Wildwood will begin with a speaker at noon, followed by lunch at 1 p.m. with Lynda Smith as hostess, assisted by Helen Van Nest. The program will be about Jubilee Gardens, an urban-based community garden program of the Ohio State Extension.
UPCOMING
XMen's Garden Club will hold a Christmas party for members, wives and guests on Dec. 14 at A La Cart, state Route 62, Canfield. The social time will be at 6 p.m. with dinner of stuffed pork chop or stuffed chicken breast at 6:30. There will be entertainment, installment of officers and the presentation of awards. Each woman will receive a poinsettia plant. The cost is $17, and reservations are to be mailed to Bob McGowan, P.O. Box 974, Canfield, OH 44406 by Dec. 7. For information call (330) 533-2320.
