Ralph J. Pieren, 48, of Chestnut Street, Leetonia; driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Blane Perry Jr., 18, of Independence Square, Wellsville; breaking and entering and safecracking.
Christopher McGonigal, 24, of Independence Square, Wellsville; breaking and entering and safecracking.
Joshua C. Hughes, 22, of Walnut Street, Leetonia; receiving stolen property.
