CASEY LAMBERTMICHAEL ATKINSON
XYOUNGSTOWN -- Church Hill United Methodist Church was the setting for the Oct. 15 wedding of Casey Virginia Lambert and Michael Brian Atkinson, both of 9503 Pinegrove Ave., Parma.
The marriage was solemnized at 3:30 p.m. by the Rev. David Gilbert, and a reception was held for the couple at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex Centre in Liberty.
The Atkinsons have postponed their wedding trip to St. Lucia until March 2006 and live in Parma.
Benton and Sue Lambert, 206 Princeton Ave., Hubbard, are the bride's parents, and the groom is a son of Ken and Janet Atkinson of Grafton and Debbie and Dan Scoville of Salem.
The bride's light-gold A-line gown was embellished with embroidery, Swarovski crystals and bugle beads. It featured keyhole openings on the bodice, a corset back and a cut-away skirt that flowed into a sweep train.
A rust-accented champagne gown was worn by the bride's mother and honor attendant. Flower girl was the bride's niece, Elizabeth Lambert of Hubbard.
The groom's father performed the duties of best man, and guests were ushered by Hobie Lambert of Hubbard, the bride's brother, and the groom's brothers, Erick and Jason Atkinson, both of Grafton.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree. She is a public-health dietitian with Cuyahoga County Board of Health in Parma. The groom, a producer of Browns TV with the Cleveland Browns Football Team, graduated from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting in Independence.
