3 arrested in probe of shooting in city

WARREN -- Three Detroit men were arrested after police responded to a report of about 20 shots being fired just before 12:30 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Front Street S.W.
Kelvin L. Moore, 31, is charged with discharging a firearm in city limits and having a gun after being convicted of a felony and was taken to Trumbull County Jail.
Assistant City Prosecutor Nick Graham said formal charges haven't been filed against the two other men, ages 23 and 24, because he is awaiting the results of gunshot-residue tests.
Police said they found the three men, a handgun, an assault rifle and a small bag of suspected marijuana in a house at 849 Front St. and spent shell casings nearby.
