Best Bets on TV Tonight

"ER" (10 p.m., NBC): It's November sweeps, which means it's time for another major disaster on "ER." Tonight's episode has Neela going out on a routine ambulance ride with Gates. But the routine becomes anything but when a plane crashes, injuring many passengers while trapping others in a burning building.
"Will & amp; Grace" (8:30 p.m., NBC): Karen's enemy Beverly Lesley is back, and this time he's part of Grace's wardrobe malfunction.
"The O.C." (8 p.m., Fox): Tonight's new episode finds the gang at the Bait Shop to see the real-life band the Subways, featured in a performance. And, probably no surprise, there's a bit of conflict, with one result being that Marissa becomes determined to protect Ryan in his dispute with Volchok.
