Marshals arrest Ga. fugitive in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN -- An Atlanta man wanted on felony charges there was found Monday working at a small store in the 1600 block of Erie Street on the South Side, said Deputy U.S. Marshal Dean Michael.
He said 28-year-old Paul L. Spragg, who has relatives in this area, is wanted in Atlanta on charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment (holding someone against their will) and use of a weapon in a crime.
Michael said members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Mahoning Valley Violent Crimes Task Force got a tip that Spragg was in town and saw him standing outside the store Monday morning, talking on a cell phone. When arrested, Spragg had packaged-for-sale suspected marijuana on him and now faces a new charge of trafficking in marijuana, Michael said.
