XBOARDMAN -- St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park provided the setting Oct. 15 for the wedding of Laura Ann Hartzell and Kevin Chris Tharp.
The Rev. David Williams presided at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and a reception was held at the Brentford House in Hubbard for the daughter of William and Deborah Moorhouse, 618 Oak St., New Bedford, Pa., and the son of Larry and Lorraine Tharp of San Antonio, Texas
Afterward, they left on a wedding trip to Niagara Falls, N.Y.
Rhinestone beading embellished the tulle skirt of bride's strapless ballgown.
Wisteria-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Kellie Mills of Volant, Pa., and the bridesmaids, Jeni Burkhart of Orangeville; the groom's sisters, Gina Weber and Nicole Wilms, both of San Antonio; and his sister-in-law, Sarah Weber of Hermitage, Pa. Flower girl was his niece, Sydney Weber of Hermitage.
Serving as best man was the groom's brother, Richard Weber of Hermitage, and groomsmen were the bride's brothers, Gregory Hartzell of San Francisco and Mark Hartzell of New Bedford; Josh Dobozi of Brookfield; and Shawn Burkhart of Orangeville. Ring bearer was the bride's nephew, Brady Moorhouse of Salem.
Mrs. Tharp attended Slippery Rock University.
Mr. Tharp graduated from New Castle School of Trades in Pulaski, Pa., and is employed at D & amp;K Supply Inc., Canton.
The couple live at 742 W. Wilson, Salem.
