Adoption agency sale to benefit area children

WARREN -- The Northeast Ohio Adoption Services is offering festive poinsettia varieties and live natural evergreen wreaths at its annual holiday poinsettia and wreath sale beginning Dec. 14.
The poinsettia plants, trees and baskets can be pre-ordered for pickup on Dec. 1, 6, 8, 13 or 15 at the NOAS office, 5000 E. Market St., Suite 26, Warren.

In charge of the event are Gere Weller of Liberty and Janet Weller of Canfield.
Proceeds will benefit the agency, which finds adoptive homes for children in Ohio, where 6,000 wait in foster homes for permanent families. Since its inception in 1978 the organization has found families for more than 1,000 children. It does not charge fees to families for adoption.
