Julia Navoyosky to be bride of Scott Vargo

XSALEM -- The engagement of Julia Marie Navoyosky and Scott Andrew Vargo, both of 140 S. Portland Ave., Youngstown, is being announced by her parents, David and Karen Navoyosky, 1250 Carole Drive.
William and Diane Vargo, 642 E. Liberty St., Hubbard, are parents of the prospective groom.
The bride-elect, an engineer with Majestic Manufacturing in New Waterford, graduated magna cum laude from Youngstown State University with bachelor's degree in engineering.
Her fianc & eacute; earned an associate degree in culinary arts at Hocking College in Nelsonville. He is employed by Sodexho of Youngstown as a production supervisor at Christman Dining Hall on the campus of YSU.
The couple will be united in marriage Jan. 14 during an open ceremony at 2 p.m. at First Friends Church. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at Stambaugh Auditorium, Youngstown.
