"Frontline" (9 p.m., PBS): The "Frontline" news-documentary series takes another look at the red-hot abortion debate and poses this question: "Does Roe vs. Wade still matter?" Tonight's program examines how anti-abortionists have waged a successful campaign to reduce abortions in many places throughout the country. Meanwhile, the number of physicians and clinics performing the procedure is in steady decline.
"Green Day: Bullet in the Bible DVD Special" (6 p.m., MTV): Pieces of Green Day's concert DVD gets to bow on cable TV first.
"The Amazing Race: Family Edition" (9 p.m., CBS): In this two-hour episode, no parent will be heard saying: "You kids better straighten up or I'll turn this car around!"
"Bad Girls" (9 p.m., BBC America): Cat fights! Lecherous officers! Drug use! And it's a soap set at a women's prison!
"All-Star Tribute to Patti Labelle" (9 p.m., UPN): Nelly, Kelly Rowland, Michael McDonald and Mario belt out Labelle's hits.
