There is one common opponent -- Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary. The Irish beat Mooney 4-0 to open the season and the Irish also defeated KCC, 4-1. Mooney is led in scoring by senior Zack Hernan (77 career goals, 32 this year) and junior Dom DiPasquale (16 goals in 2005). The Comets are coached by David Risser while the Cardinals are coached by Lenny Krispinsky in his 15th season. Mooney senior goalie Andrew Loudon has 13 shutouts, including five in a row.
