Notebook: Top 25 earn all-Ohio honors. A Trumbull County boys team has won a state title every year since 1998. This was the first year since 1998 that McDonald's boys team did not finish first or second. Maplewood has won three of the last four state championships. The Quakers are the first area girls team to win a state title since Southeast won three straight from 1983-85.
