Residents invited to attend meeting



MEADVILLE -- Residents are invited to attend the upcoming meeting of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's Northwest Regional Roundtable.
The meeting will be at 10 a.m. Nov. 17 in the Northwest Regional office, 230 Chestnut St.
Northwest Regional Roundtable is a volunteer group of citizens, educators, consultants, government officials and industry and business representatives who are interested in environmental issues.
Since its beginning in 1984, the roundtable has provided feedback to DEP about the department's policies, regulations and various program activities.
Membership to the roundtable, which meets five times a year, is open to those who live in the following counties: Mercer, Lawrence, Crawford, Butler, Clarion, Elk, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, McKean, Venango and Warren.
