PREVIEW | Today's games

TENNESSEE at CLEVELAND
Time: 1 p.m.TV/radio: (27) (19) WKBN-AM (570)Key matchup: Tennessee QB Steve McNair vs. Cleveland pass defense. McNair likely will have only three rookie receivers Sunday because Drew Bennett will miss third game with dislocated left thumb and rookie Brandon Jones (knee) remains questionable. Jones leads NFL rookies with 21 catches. Cleveland has allowed only one touchdown in five straight games, tying franchise streak of one or fewer yielded (1970-71). Browns, ranked third, have allowed just eight touchdowns in 22 trips inside own 20.Streaks, stats and notes: Tennessee is off to worst start under coach Jeff Fisher. Titans have lost five of last six games. ... Titans rank last in AFC in turnovers with 17, and takeaway-giveaway margin at minus-8. ... RB Reuben Droughns was arrested for drunken driving on Tuesday. Droughns' playing time against Tennessee would not be affected by the arrest.
PITTSBURGH at GREEN BAY
Time: 4:15 p.m.TV/radio: (27) (19) (2) WBBG-FM (106.1)Key matchup: Pittsburgh pass defense vs. Green Bay QB Brett Favre. Favre has started NFL-record 212 consecutive games, but Packers have suffered decimating injuries this year. Favre has still put up decent numbers (1,850 yards passing and 15 touchdowns), but has 13 interceptions, including five last week. Weakness of Steelers' defense is against pass, allowing 211.9 yards per game.Streaks, stats and notes: Pittsburgh QB Ben Roethlisberger is out. Roethlisberger has 18-1 record (9-0 on road). Charlie Batch gets start. Pittsburgh has franchise record of 10 straight road victories and can become first team since 1989-90 San Francisco 49ers and fourth team overall to win 11 straight road games. ... WR Hines Ward has 533 receptions, four shy of passing John Stallworth for most in franchise history. ... Steelers are plus-6 in turnover margin. ... Green Bay has 26-16 record in November since 1995, 13-7 under Mike Sherman. ... Favre is 84-21 (.800) as starter at home. Favre's streak as starter began against Steelers on Sept. 27, 1992. ... ATLANTA at MIAMI

Atlanta QB Michael Vick leads NFL QBs with 302 yards rushing and Warrick Dunn is one of four running backs averaging over 100 yards rushing (104.6). Dunn leads NFL running backs with highest average per carry (5.4) of those who have minimum of 100 carries. Falcons have four 200-yard rush games this year and are on pace to rush for more than 3,000 yards.
SAN DIEGO at NEW YORK JETS
Time: 1 p.m.Key matchup: New York QB Vinny Testaverde vs. San Diego's pass defense. Some of biggest problems have been on offense for Jets, where four quarterbacks have as many touchdown passes this season as Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson (three). 41-year-old Testaverde, signed when Chad Pennington and backup Jay Fiedler got hurt, has struggled. Testaverde's offensive line has been unimpressive. Guard Brandon Moore is only player who has started in same spot all season. Jets have given up 25 sacks. Testaverde has yet to throw for a score in three games, though he has run for two. Rookies Shawne Merriman and Luis Castillo accounted for 3 1/2 of San Diego's four sacks last week. Chargers, who lost twice at San Diego last season, will be looking for some revenge. With all the injuries and personnel changes, this is not same Jets team.
OAKLAND at KANSAS CITY
Time: 1 p.m.Key matchup: Oakland secondary vs. Kansas City QB Trent Green. Last week, Oakland relied heavily on first-round pick Fabian Washington at cornerback and Jarrod Cooper, normally special teams player, at safety. Warren Sapp and defensive front hounded Steve McNair with six sacks, and Titans receivers were limited to 11 catches for 114 yards. Cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, a third-year player, has become veteran of defensive backfield. Green, despite losing his father at age of 58, recovered from shaky first half against Chargers and had most prolific game of year. He hit 31 of 43 passes for 347 yards and two touchdowns. Green has won five consecutive starts against Raiders and seeks to become first Chiefs quarterback to post six straight wins against Oakland.
HOUSTON at JACKSONVILLE
Time: 1 p.m.Key matchup: Houston QB David Carr vs. Jacksonville pass defense. Carr is 4-1 lifetime against Jaguars. He has completed 69.3 percent of his passes (95-for-137) in those games. Jaguars have fifth-best passing defense (158.1) in league and seventh best (290.3) overall. Jaguars have 24 interceptions over last 15 games.
CINCINNATI at BALTIMORE
Time: 1 p.m.Key matchup: Cincinnati defense vs. Baltimore offense. Bengals have held Baltimore under 200 yards passing in three straight games. Cincinnati, with an NFL-best plus-20 turnover differential, is on pace (20) to surpass club record of 34 interceptions in 1996. Cincinnati has intercepted five passes in three different games this season, first team to do that since Kansas City in 1970. Ravens have yet to score 20 points in a game and are averaging an NFL-worst 12.6 points per game.
DETROIT at MINNESOTA
Time: 1 p.m.Key matchup: Detroit pass defense vs. Minnesota QB Brad Johnson. Daunte Culpepper tore up his right knee in Sunday's loss at Carolina and is gone for season. Johnson, who played for Vikings from 1992-98 and returned to his original team this year, will start. Culpepper finished with six touchdown passes and league-high 12 interceptions and ugly passer rating of 64.4. Johnson will start his 100th NFL game and came in last week to pass for 162 yards (13-of-28) and a touchdown. Lions have 13 interceptions, second most in NFL, and plus-5 turnover differential.
CAROLINA at TAMPA BAY
Time: 1 p.m.Key matchup: Carolina WR Steve Smith vs. Tampa Bay secondary. Bucs cornerbacks Ronde Barber and Brian Kelly will have hands full with Smith and his league-leading 797 yards receiving and eight touchdowns. Smith is coming off franchise-record 201-yard receiving game. He also tied club record with 11 receptions. Smith also is tied for NFL lead with 12 catches for 20-plus yards. Bucs' defense is third against pass (154.0) and No. 1 overall (229.7). Last week, without DE Simeon Rice, Tampa Bay limited San Francisco to five field goals and only 208 yards total offense, 50 in the air.
SEATTLE at ARIZONA
Time: 4:05 p.m.Key matchup: Seattle defensive line vs. Arizona offensive line. Pass protection has been virtually nonexistent for Arizona passers and less mobile Kurt Warner will start. Josh McCown was sacked three times, roughed up on scrambles and got whacked in head by Cowboys DE DeMarcus Ware while throwing one of his two interceptions. Seattle's defense ranks third, averaging a sack every 9.6 pass attempts. Seattle linebackers Lofa Tatupu and LeRoy Hill are only rookie tandem in NFL with two sacks apiece. Rocky Bernard is second among NFL defensive tackles with 4 1/2 sacks.
CHICAGO vs. NEW ORLEANSat Baton Rouge, La.
Time: 4:05 p.m.Key matchup: Chicago defense vs. New Orleans offense. Bears are allowing 11.6 points per game, second to Tampa Bay, and are third in league in total defense (262.7). Saints have scored more than 20 points only twice this year and managed just six against Miami's No. 18 defense. Without RB Deuce McAllister, Saints totaled 119 yards rushing on 32 carries. Bears allow a league-low 4.1 yards per play. Chicago has allowed only one touchdown rushing. Bears are No. 1, holding opponents to one TD in 13 trips inside 20.
NEW YORK GIANTS at SAN FRANCISCO
Time: 4:05 p.m.TV: (17/62)Key matchup: Giants vs. the road. Giants are averaging a league-best 29.9 points per game, but are 0-2 on road this season -- their first away game was played at Giants Stadium against Saints. Quarterback Eli Manning is looking for first career road win in five tries. San Francisco is surrendering league-high 31.7 points per game and is second-to-last in NFL with 213.7 yards allowed per game. 49ers, however, are better team at home, going 2-2 at Monster Park this season. Plus, Giants have lost six in row to the 49ers and 11 of last 13 in San Francisco.
PHILADELPHIA at WASHINGTON
Time: 8:30 p.m.TV/radio: ESPN, WBBW-AM (1240)Key matchup: Philadelphia passing game vs. Washington passing defense. NFL's best against the best. The Eagles average 295.7 yards passing per game, tops in league. Redskins allow fewest in air at 152.7 per game. Amazing, because Redskins have only 12 sacks and three interceptions. Donovan McNabb is 8-3 vs. Washington and his 18 touchdown passes against Redskins equal his most against any opponent (Dallas). He has plenty of weapons with Brian Westbrook and L.J. Smith. Westbrook leads NFL running backs with 39 receptions and 423 yards receiving. TE Smith has 35 for 351 yards and three touchdowns.
