Christ Episcopal names director of music

WARREN -- James D. Clouser, a student at the Cleveland Institute of Music majoring in organ perfor-mance/church music, was appointed director of music at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St. N.E. He will start Sunday.
Clouser has served as music director for two Ohio Lutheran Churches and at St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. He has experience in choral music and choir development.
In 2003, Clouser won first prize in the Region V Competition for Young Organists sponsored by the American Guild of Organists. He also took first place in the 2002 AGO Cleveland Chapter Organ Competition.
He lives in McDonald.
