First Night officers elected, trustees appointed

YOUNGSTOWN -- John R. Swierz has been elected president of First Night Youngstown Inc. for 2005-06.
Other new officers are the Rev. Edward Noga, vice president; Gemma Sole, secretary; and Nancy Haraburda, treasurer.
Re-appointed to the board of trustees are James Brown, William Carnie, William D'Avignon, the Rev. Lewis Macklin, Arlene Thompson-Bahar, David Vosburgh and Juanita Williams.
New trustees are Fred Beehler, Vito Consiglio, Shelley Murray, Elizabeth Nohra, Dennis Roller and Karen Wilson, coordinator.
First Night Youngstown puts on the family friendly, nonalcoholic celebration of the arts in downtown Youngstown Dec. 31. This will be the sixth year for the event.
