IN COURT: Melissa Crago, former Davis Elementary School PTA treasurer, appears in Mahoning County Court in Austintown. She was arraigned Monday on a felony charge of grand theft over discrepancies in the PTA's financial records. Crago, 26, of Riblett Road, is to appear in court again at 6 p.m. Nov. 7 for a pretrial hearing.
