3 Warren men are arraigned on robbery and assault charges

WARREN -- Bond is $250,000 each for three city men who were arraigned on aggravated robbery and felonious assault charges Monday.
The suspects -- Calvin Wilson, 19, of Swallow Street Southwest; Calvin Clark III, 22, of Union Street Southwest; and Vincent A. Croff, 22, of Oak Street Southwest -- were arraigned in municipal court Monday morning before Judge Terry Ivanchak, who set the bond. They are in the Trumbull County Jail.
All three requested public defenders and are scheduled for a preliminary hearing at 10:15 a.m. Nov. 9 before Judge Ivanchak.
Police said they arrested the trio in the 900 block of Swallow Street shortly after an incident at about 11 p.m. Sunday in which a 28-year-old Swallow Street man said three men robbed him at gunpoint of his pants and $1,040 behind his residence.
Police said two of his friends were shot at as they pulled into his driveway, and the vehicle they occupied was struck by four shots. Police said there were no injuries.
In making the arrests, police said they seized a shotgun, a pistol, live ammunition, shell casings and $366 in cash.
Later that evening, a woman who said she witnessed the event told police she received a phone call from a woman who said she would bond out the suspects and shoot up the witness's house.
