St. Michael lists flower and garden show winners

CANFIELD -- "Flowers For All Seasons" was the theme of a flower and garden show held May 18 at St. Michael Church by the St. Michael Garden Guild.
Pearl Marlos served as judge for the event.
The winner of Best of Show in the artistic division was Ruth Molvin, and Best of Show in horticulture went to Cookie Beeman.
Recipients of blue ribbons in the artistic division were Mary Ann Silvestri, Liz Rehlinger, Marge Yerman, Ruth Molvin, Cookie Beeman and Carol Cartwright.
Recipients of blue ribbons in horticulture were Trudy Defino, Pat Hoyle, Cookie Beeman, Liz Rehlinger, Lucille Zyznar and Dorothy Bellish.
Dinner was held afterward. Hostesses for the evening were Lucille Zyznar, Marge Yerman, Pat Hoyle, Liz Rehlinger, Ruth Molvin and Shirley Lyon. Table arrangements were made by Mary Ann Silvestri.
The next meeting will be a mystery trip in June.
