XLAS VEGAS -- Former Youngstown residents Sandra Neal and Adalberto Santiago were married April 17 in Little Church of the West.
The daughter of Thomas Neal, 10245 S. Maryland Parkway 2204, and the late Patricia Neal, and the son of Adalberto and Alicia Santiago, 6772 Whipplewood Way, exchanged vows before the Rev. Buddy Yates.
The bride wore an Empire-style gown of white peau satin with an open back and lace and bead embellishments, custom-made by the groom's mother.
The bride's sister, Cindy Cash, was maid of honor, and Deanna Santiago, the groom's daughter, was flower girl.
Richard Santiago, the groom's brother, was best man, and Adalberto Santiago Jr., his son, was ring bearer.
The couple spent their honeymoon at the Mandalay Bay Resort and are making their home at 6778 Whipplewood Way.
The bride is a dialysis technician for Davita Inc.
The groom is a co-manager for US Bank.
