INDICTMENTS Mahoning County

A county grand jury declined to indict Merril Blotzer on a charge of unlawful transaction in weapons and Juan Ortiz for identify fraud. The jurors did indict the following people Thursday:

Corey Floyd, 26, South Raccoon Road, Youngstown; cocaine possession and heroin possession.
David D. Diana Jr., 32, Ferncliffe, North Lima; cocaine possession.
Michael Hammond, 23, Glenmont Street, Youngstown; carrying a concealed weapon, illegal possession of a firearm, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and cocaine possession.
Sommer J. Womack, 28, Gray Street, Youngstown; improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation.
Daniel J. Morales, 47, Cherry Hill Avenue, Youngstown; marijuana possession and trafficking in marijuana.
Franky E. Deltoro, 19, Tucson, Ariz.; marijuana possession and trafficking in marijuana.
Armando Caesar Rodriguez-Baron, 35, Tucson, Ariz.; marijuana possession and trafficking in marijuana.
Denise Miller-Beeson, no age listed, North Main Street, Austintown; theft and forgery.
Jason R. Fonseca, 27, Hickory Lane, Youngstown; felonious assault and domestic violence.
