Stephen Rotz, fianc & eacute;e will marry in Columbus

XCOLUMBUS -- Announcement is being made by Jeff and Kim Backus, 2189 Green Island Drive, of the engagement of their daughter, Cortney Backus, and Stephen Rotz, both of 5036 Stoneybrook Blvd., Hilliard.
The prospective groom is a son of Patty Rotz, 501 Dorchester Drive, Hubbard, and the late Randy Rotz.
Glenwood United Methodist Church in Columbus will be the setting for the ceremony at 5:30 p.m. June 18. An evening reception will be held at JP's Barbecue. Invitations will be issued for both.
Miss Backus is attending Columbus State Community College and Ohio State University. Mr. Rotz earned an associate degree in computer science at Kent State University Trumbull Campus and is attending OSU.
Both are employed by The Sygma Network in Columbus, she as a receptionist and he as an office clerk.
