Mr. Williams, fianc & eacute;e to marry on St. Thomas

XAUSTINTOWN -- Herbert and Ollie Williams, 3416 Bentwillow Lane, are announcing the engagement of their son, Herbert W. Williams Jr. of Lakeworth, Fla., and Leah Webster of Dumfries, Va., daughter of Lorna F. and O. McCoy Webster of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
All Saints Cathedral on St. Thomas will be the setting for the 4 p.m. ceremony July 9, and a reception will follow at the Palms Court Harborview Hotel, also on the island. Invitations will be issued for both.
Miss Webster earned a bachelor's degree at Hofstra University in Long Island, N.Y., and a master's in legal administration and human-resource management at Marymount University, Long Island, N.Y. She is a real estate adviser for Re/Max Allegiance in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Williams earned a bachelor's degree in organizational communications at Youngstown State University and a master's in business administration at American Intercontinental University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. He is a hospital representative for Janssen Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals in West Palm Beach, Fla.
