Laura L. Windt engaged to marry Jerry J. Fulmer

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Laura Lee Windt and Jerry John Fulmer, both of Youngstown, are announcing their engagement and coming marriage.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Sharon Windt of Boardman.
The prospective groom is a son of Neil and Mary Ann Davis of Mineral Ridge and John and Elizabeth Fulmer of Lordstown.
Invitations will be issued for a 2:30 p.m. ceremony July 16 at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park and an evening reception to be held at the Maronite Center.
The couple graduated from the MTC Police Academy and are attending Youngstown State University, where Miss Windt is pursuing a degree in Spanish and Mr. Fulmer, a degree in criminal justice.
She is a police officer with the Johnston Township Police Department in Farmdale and an emergency medical dispatcher for Lane Ambulance. He is a police officer with the Youngstown City Police Department.
