Cecil-Russell wedding planned in mid-June

XNILES -- The engagement and upcoming marriage of Amy Christine Cecil of Roaming Shores to Eric David Russell of Parkersburg, W.Va., is being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Victor E. Cecil of Niles.
Parents of the prospective groom are Mr. and Mrs. David V. Russell of Parkersburg.
The couple will be married at 2:30 p.m. June 11 at St. Demetrios Hellenic Orthodox Church in Warren. Invitations will be issued for a reception at St. John Orthodox Church OCA reception hall in Warren.
Miss Cecil, a graduate of Youngstown State University with a master's degree in analytical chemistry, is employed as a chemist at Lincoln Electric Co. in Cleveland.
Mr. Russell is a graduate of Marietta College with a bachelor's degree in history and music. He is employed with Nationwide Insurance and Financial Services.
