Also planned is a mystery trip on May 26, with departure from the center at 8:45 a.m. and including breakfast, lunch, tours and shopping, cost is $59; and Colonial Williamsburg, June 20-23, includes historic Jamestown, Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, World War II Memorial, Monticello and six meals, cost is $495. TMH Foundation will host a special community wellness program designed specially for senior citizens and mall walkers from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Leo's Ristorante, 7042 E. Market St., Howland. "Walking, Physical Activity and the Meaning of Life" is part of the "Move to Improve" program, also being held that day. Senior citizens are invited to attend to learn more about the 14 healthy habits of successful aging, how physical activity can reduce depression and improve thinking and memory, and the best exercises for improving balance, posture, confidence, bone strength and cardiovascular health.
