HAPPY 100TH BIRTHDAY Verna May (Pflum) Nock

Born: May 4, 1905, in Butler, Pa. She has resided in Boardman most of her life.
Married: William P. Nock on June 9, 1931, at St. Patrick Church. He died Dec. 7, 1985. She and her husband were parishioners at St. Dominic Church.
Family: The couple adopted two children, the late Mary Jane Dills of Idaho and Lucille McGuire of Boardman. Six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild complete her family.
Interests: A housewife, she enjoys sewing as a hobby.
Celebration: On May 4 she was honored during a party at Ron Joy Nursing Home, where she is a resident.
