Stephanie Cetor, Timothy Lincoln to wed in August

XAUSTINTOWN -- John and Micha Cetor, 274 Aldrich Road, are announcing the engagement and coming marriage of their daughter, Stephanie M. Cetor, to Timothy Kawai Lincoln, both of PSCI 2401 Kelly Drive, Unit 360889, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
The prospective groom is a son of Terry and Diana Lincoln, P.O. Box 711, Bismarck, N.D.
Invitations will be issued for a 3 p.m. ceremony Aug. 19 at the garden by Dakota Zoo in Bismarck and an evening reception to be held at the Elks Club, also in Bismarck.
The couple are both stationed in the Air Force as vehicle operation/dispatchers at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. Miss Cetor, who attended Youngstown State University, has also served in Iraq, Turkey and Germany. Mr. Lincoln has also served in Korea and Iraq.
