XEast High School Class of 1960 is planning its 45th reunion on Aug. 13 at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman. All classmates and friends are welcome. Anyone interested in attending should call A.J. Napoli at (330) 758-8243.
XFranklin Furniture annual reunion will be held at 6 p.m. May 21 at Heck's Restaurant in Columbiana. All former employees, families and friends are welcome. The all-you-can-eat, family-style dinner will cost $13.50 per person; pie is an additional 50 cents. XAll students who were Kinsman residents at the time of graduation from Kinsman or Badger high schools are welcome to attend the 77th annual Kinsman Alumni Banquet on June 11. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. at Joseph Badger High School for a social and tours. A buffet dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. in the gymnasium. Classes of 1935, 1945 and 1955 will be honored. Cost is $9 for alumni and guests; an additional $2 will be collected from members for dues. There will be no charge for those who graduated before 1940; but reservations are still needed. Paid reservations should be sent to KHS Alumni, 9991 State St., Kinsman, OH 44428 by May 27. Those unable to attend are encouraged to send messages to be shared. Address changes and donations to the scholarship fund will be appreciated.
XSouth High School All-Class Alumni Association will meet at 1 p.m. May 18 at Denny's restaurant, Boardman-Canfield Road, to finalize plans for the 31st annual reunion to be held June 24. XSouth High School Class of 1955 will hold its 50-year reunion on Sept. 30 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield and Oct. 1 at Holiday Inn in Boardman, with a tour of the high school planned for that morning. XStruthers Northside reunion and picnic will be held May 28 at The Oak View, 1300 Overlook Ave., beginning at noon. Activities will be held indoors and outdoors; those attending should take a folding chair and beverage. There will be bingo, music and food.
